Tuesday 15th June – ‘Do more with less’ webinar

 

In this webinar, our Biotechnology Knowledge Exchange professionals discussed how EIRA’s small Innovation Voucher grants were used to great effect by businesses to better position themselves for further funding. Watch again to find out how they were utilised by businesses from across the Biotechnology sector as seed funding to generate follow-on funding for their research.

Wednesday 16th June ‘ The role of the KE Manager in successful biotechnology collaborations’ webinar

 

In this webinar, our Biotechnology Knowledge Exchange professionals highlighted how there is a growing need for cross-disciplinary and cross-institutional activities in biotech innovation. With insights from Tamsin Mann, Director of Policy at Praxis Auril, this webinar focused on:

  • The multi-disciplinary nature of biotech and its dependance on access to a range of expertise for future R&D success.
  • How KE professionals are a key part of the process in identifying and bringing together necessary expertise to accelerate innovation.
  • Exploring the challenges of multi-disciplinary collaboration and how lessons learned can be used in the future eg in consortia building for larger funding applications.
